Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency ( GBP) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance.
Special offers for particular periods or long term renting available on request. |
Payment Schedule : |
Deposit. The reservation is only definitely confirmed after the payment of a deposit of 50% of the rental cost. Deposit to be paid by bank transfer, non refundable : in case of cancellation, some refund may be possible if the house is re-rented. |
Balance. Balance to be paid 60 days before the arrival date. Any different arrangement must be made directly with the owner. |
Security deposit. A cheque (£.500) will be left with the owner/representative as a refundable security deposit to cover any possible damage. |
Terms & Conditions : |
Rates are per week and include electricity, water, weekly linen change and cleaning on Saturdays, another cleaning during the week.
Not included in the rates are telephone , central heating and wood for the fireplace.
Cook and extra cleaning are available.
The swimming pool is open from end of May to end of September. The pool is not heated.

Arrivals &Departures : |
Please plan your journey so as to arrive on saturday evening between 5 and 7 pm. Departure on saturday morning, not later than 10 am. |
Insurance : |
Guests are requested to provide their own holiday insurance. The owner is personally insured within the boundaries of the property. |
